Location: Winston-Salem, NC, on-site

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (Education or related field preferred).
- Minimum of two (2) years of classroom experience.
- Familiarity with diverse instructional strategies and differentiated learning preferred.

- Valid Driver's License required
- Provide small group instruction based on teacher-developed lesson plans
- Support and engage students from diverse backgrounds and with unique learning needs
- Create a positive, encouraging, and trauma-informed classroom environment
- Help maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance tracking
- Support teachers with instructional planning and content delivery
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency and continuity in learning
- Assist with school events, extracurriculars, and special projects
- Participate in professional development opportunities
- Uphold school policies, regulations, and classroom standards
