- Expertly field technical inquiries about data privacy, security, and system integration, with a particular focus on FERPA/COPPA compliance
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify high-potential opportunities and ensure seamless implementation of our innovative learning model
- Develop tailored demo environments that showcase our platform's ability to adapt to each student's unique learning level and pace
- Producing run-of-the-mill edtech demonstrations that fail to address schools' unique challenges and objectives
- Emphasizing features without connecting them to our proven track record of exceptional learning outcomes and student success stories
- Getting bogged down in maintaining technical documentation or knowledge bases
- Remaining office-bound - this dynamic role involves regular travel to engage directly with progressive schools
