Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Leading engaging virtual workshops focused on life skills like public speaking, focus, and giving/receiving feedback
- Connecting with students individually and in groups to nurture their drive for learning
- Using data-driven insights to track progress and provide targeted motivation
- Creating an energetic virtual environment where students feel empowered to excel
- Guiding students in setting and achieving ambitious academic goals
- Teaching academic subjects (our AI tutors handle that)
- Creating lesson plans or grading assignments
- Managing traditional classroom discipline
- Lecturing from the front of a virtual room
- Following conventional educational methods
Enable students to consistently achieve 2x learning speeds while developing crucial life skills and maintaining their love for learning in a virtual environment.
Basic Requirements
- Must reside in Arizona (remote position requiring AZ residency)
- Experience coaching/motivating young people (e.g., athletic coach, camp counselor, mentor)
- Track record of high achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Exceptional virtual communication skills
- Spanish fluency OR valid Arizona teaching certification
- Available to start March - June 2025
