Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating virtual workshops that hone life skills such as public speaking, concentration, and effective feedback exchange
- Building rapport with students individually and in groups to fuel their passion for learning
- Utilizing data insights to monitor progress and deliver targeted encouragement
- Creating a dynamic virtual atmosphere where students feel empowered to excel
- Assisting students in setting and pursuing ambitious academic objectives
- Instructing academic subjects (AI tutors take care of this)
- Designing lesson plans or grading assignments
- Managing conventional classroom discipline
- Delivering lectures from a virtual podium
- Adhering to traditional educational practices

Basic Requirements
- Must be a resident of Arizona (remote role requiring AZ residency)
- Background in coaching or motivating youth (e.g., sports coach, camp counselor, mentor)
- Proven record of high achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Outstanding virtual communication abilities
- Fluency in Spanish OR possession of a valid Arizona teaching certification
- Availability to commence between March and June 2025
