Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating interactive virtual workshops that focus on essential life skills such as public speaking, concentration, and providing/receiving feedback
- Engaging with students one-on-one and in groups to cultivate their passion for learning
- Leveraging data-driven insights to monitor progress and offer personalized motivation
- Creating a dynamic virtual space where students feel empowered to succeed
- Assisting students in setting and reaching ambitious academic goals
- Teaching traditional academic subjects (our AI tutors manage that aspect)
- Developing lesson plans or grading student work
- Handling conventional classroom discipline issues
- Delivering lectures from the front of a virtual class
- Adhering to standard educational practices

Basic Requirements
- Must be an Arizona resident (remote role requiring AZ residency)
- Experience in coaching or motivating young individuals (e.g., athletic coach, camp counselor, mentor)
- Proven track record of high achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Outstanding virtual communication abilities
- Fluency in Spanish OR possession of a valid Arizona teaching certification
- Availability to begin March - June 2025
