What You Will Be Doing

Child Care Specialist Key Responsibilities

Drive transformative early childhood development by creating an environment where children naturally discover their love for learning while achieving key developmental milestones through real-world engagement.

Basic Requirements

• Located in or willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with preschool-aged children (0-5 years) in a professional early childhood education setting
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field
• Previous experience in progressive educational environments (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based learning)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
