Basic Requirements
- Located in or willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX (relocation assistance available for qualified candidates)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with preschool-aged children (0-5 years) in a professional early childhood education setting
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field
- Previous experience in progressive educational environments (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based learning)
