What You Will Be Doing
- Configure and deploy our platform for new schools, including technical setup, SIS integration, and launch preparation
- Train school staff and guides on effectively using our platform and methodology to drive student success
- Provide hands-on support both virtually and in-person as schools' primary implementation contact
- Create and update documentation to support scalable onboarding processes
- Monitor implementation health and proactively address potential challenges
- Cold calling or sales activities - your focus is making existing clients successful
- Basic help desk support - you'll lead strategic implementations
- Following rigid processes - you'll help shape our implementation approach
- Working solely from home - you'll regularly visit schools for hands-on support

Basic Requirements
- 3 years of experience in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles, in SaaS or education technology
- Proven track record troubleshooting technical issues and configuring software systems
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data privacy best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
- Located in US Eastern/Central time zones with ability to travel up to 50% of time
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
