What You Will Be Doing

• Elevate our Guide team to new heights through world-class training and development
• Architect comprehensive Guide Playbooks that set the standard for educational excellence
• Transform Guide performance through strategic, impact-focused feedback
• Lead by example as you mentor students, showcasing the power of expert coaching

Coach Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to empower and elevate our Guide team to deliver educational excellence through the Alpha system. You'll be the driving force behind their development, ensuring they master our innovative approach to learning facilitation.

Basic Requirements

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field that fuels your passion
• 5 years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching
• A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
• The ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
• Meaningful experience working with students aged 5-18
• Sharp analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
