This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Basic Requirements
- Educational credentials: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field OR any bachelor's degree plus specialized reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful early elementary literacy instruction
- Tech-positive mindset with eagerness to embrace AI-enhanced teaching tools
- Talent for creating captivating learning experiences
- Eligible to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
