This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Drive end-to-end campus recruitment strategy, building a pipeline of 100 elite CS/ML students through compelling events, info sessions, and targeted 1:1 outreach
- Experience firsthand our revolutionary AI education program through hands-on participation
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with university departments, student organizations, and influential faculty members
- Transform from recruiter to technical advocate as you learn to build AI applications yourself
- Track all candidate interactions while maintaining detailed documentation of your university engagement strategy
- Stay confined to traditional recruiting roles - you'll become a technical pioneer yourself

Basic Requirements
- 1 years of college recruiting or university admissions experience with proven success in high-volume candidate engagement
- Track record of consistently hitting aggressive outreach and conversion goals
- Strong portfolio of successful recruiting/marketing events
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects with measurable targets
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems to track candidate pipelines
- Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate
- Ability to travel up to 75% during peak recruiting season (January-May)
- Passion for learning and personal growth - no coding experience required
