Job Summary

This role requires a strong understanding of talent management and employee relations, as well as the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization attracts and retains top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Conduct thorough employee evaluations to assess candidate fit for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee relations initiatives by addressing candidate inquiries and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Seek out and attend job fairs as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Driver's License Required
