Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting interactive virtual workshops that emphasize life skills such as public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
- Building personal and group connections with students to ignite their passion for learning
- Leveraging data insights to monitor progress and deliver personalized motivation
- Fostering a vibrant online atmosphere where students feel motivated to succeed
- Assisting students in setting and achieving challenging academic targets
- Teaching academic subjects—our AI tutors take care of that
- Crafting lesson plans or grading papers
- Enforcing traditional classroom discipline
- Delivering lectures from a virtual podium
- Adhering to conventional teaching methods

Basic Requirements
- Residency in Arizona is a must (remote role requiring AZ residency)
- Proven experience in coaching or motivating young individuals (e.g., sports coach, camp counselor, mentor)
- Demonstrated record of high achievement (whether academic, athletic, or professional)
- Outstanding virtual communication abilities
- Fluency in Spanish OR possession of a valid Arizona teaching certification
- Availability to commence work between March and June 2025
