Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in Brownsville, TX or willingness to relocate (assistance available for top candidates)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience nurturing preschoolers (ages 0-5) in a professional early childhood setting
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Passion for innovative education and a drive to reshape the future of learning
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field
- Proven success in progressive educational environments (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based preschools)
