- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience with preschool children (0-5 years) in settings like preschools, daycares, or early learning centers.

- An Associate's degree focused on Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based preschool environments.
