What You Will Be Doing

Director Of Admissions & Outreach Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to architect and nurture a vibrant school community that grows organically through authentic relationships, compelling success stories, and continuous engagement. You'll transform curious parents into passionate advocates who help us reshape education in Arizona.

Basic Requirements

You're our ideal candidate if you bring:

• A proven history of working with families in education (admissions, enrollment, or community engagement)
• Demonstrated success in growing communities through relationship-based outreach
• Arizona residency with the ability to travel across the state
• In-depth knowledge of Arizona's educational ecosystem
• The ability to captivate an audience and build instant rapport
• Spanish language proficiency (strongly preferred)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
