What You Will Be Doing

• Forge powerful alliances with parent groups and community organizations, positioning our schools as the answer to Arizona's educational challenges
• Orchestrate high-impact information sessions that showcase our model's unparalleled ability to deliver both academic excellence and life skills mastery
• Shepherd families through the enrollment process, addressing concerns with compelling data and real-world success stories
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enrolled families, translating student progress into tangible success metrics
• Cultivate a network of passionate parent advocates who amplify our schools' transformative impact across Arizona

• Resorting to impersonal cold calls or rigid scripts - your focus is on authentic community engagement and relationship building

• Managing day-to-day academic operations - your mission is community engagement and strategic enrollment growth

Director Of Enrollment & Outreach Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture a thriving school community that drives exponential growth through authentic parent advocacy, compelling storytelling, and relentless engagement that transforms skeptics into our most vocal supporters.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record in education-related roles (e.g., admissions, enrollment, outreach) with demonstrable family engagement success
• Exceptional ability to drive enrollment or engagement through strategic, relationship-based community outreach
• Deep-rooted in Arizona with the ability to travel extensively throughout the state
• Comprehensive understanding of Arizona's educational landscape and key stakeholder pain points
• Master-level presentation and interpersonal skills, with a history of hosting high-impact events
• Strong Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
