Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. What You Will Be Doing
- Creating content that challenges traditional views on gifted education, going viral with transformative ideas.
- Building a resource-rich knowledge base on the latest in gifted education trends and research.
- Crafting daily short-form and weekly long-form content that captivates and educates.
- Representing gt.school at events, forging connections with thought leaders in education.
- Enhancing AI-generated content to extend our influence and message.
- Pushing for minor adjustments within the outdated education system.
- Producing commonplace educational content lacking impact.
- Prioritizing enrichment over the acceleration of learning.
- Operating behind the scenes; this role demands visible leadership.

Basic Requirements
- Proven track record of building an engaged social media following (1,000 followers)
- Direct experience with gifted education as a parent, former gifted student, professional, or researcher/advocate
- Located in the US or Canada with deep understanding of the gifted education landscape
- Excellence in multimedia content creation and storytelling
- Comfort with public speaking across various formats
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and industry events
