This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Flying the gt.school flag at industry events and forging alliances with education's thought leaders
- Setting the gold standard for AI-generated content to expand our reach exponentially
- Championing baby steps in an outdated educational system
- Churning out run-of-the-mill educational content that fails to move the needle
- Prioritizing enrichment over acceleration—we're all about pushing boundaries

- A proven social media sorcerer with a following of 1,000 engaged disciples
- A personal connection to gifted education—whether as a former wunderkind, parent of a prodigy, seasoned professional, or passionate researcher/advocate
- US or Canada-based, with an insider's grasp of the gifted education landscape
- A multimedia content creation and storytelling virtuoso
- A natural-born orator, comfortable in the spotlight across various platforms
- A globe-trotter willing to represent us at conferences and industry events
