What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting engaging, individualized reading sessions using our AI-driven adaptive platform
- Crafting innovative literacy interventions to maximize impact within our focused 2-hour framework
- Collaborating with our tech team to refine our AI tools, ensuring they enhance your expertise
- Utilizing real-time data analytics to continuously refine each student's learning path
- Developing scalable literacy content tailored to individual student needs
- Spending time on conventional lesson planning and administrative busywork
- Adhering to outdated reading programs that disregard technological advancements
- Managing overcrowded classrooms with limited resources
- Devoting hours to handling behavioral issues instead of teaching
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't affect student outcomes
Create and implement an AI-enhanced reading program that empowers students to make significant literacy advancements within our pioneering 2-Hour Learning model while nurturing a genuine passion for reading.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- OR any bachelor's degree coupled with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching early elementary grades with a track record of successful literacy instruction
- Passion for educational technology and willingness to embrace AI-driven tools
- Proven ability to design engaging, effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
