This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Your Core Mission: Create and implement a revolutionary AI-powered reading program that helps students achieve extraordinary literacy gains within our innovative 2-Hour Learning framework, while igniting their passion for reading.
Basic Requirements
The Essentials:
- Your Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
- Alternative Path: Any Bachelor's degree plus recognized reading instruction credentials (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, etc.)
- Battle-tested experience teaching early elementary reading with documented success
- A tech-positive mindset and eagerness to embrace AI-enhanced teaching tools
- Proven ability to create magic in the classroom
- Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to join us at one of our learning hubs in:
