What You Will Be Doing

- Orchestrating the development of our Guide team, transforming them into masters of the Alpha learning system
- Crafting comprehensive playbooks that become the gold standard for educational excellence
- Delivering game-changing feedback that propels both Guide performance and student success
- Leading by example through hands-on mentorship of student cohorts, showcasing the art of exceptional facilitation

Basic Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor's degree that demonstrates your academic foundation
- 5 years of proven success in education, L&D, or coaching
- A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
- The ability to inspire and lead teams to exceptional performance
- Meaningful experience in youth development (ages 5-18)
- Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Commitment to working on-site at one of our campus locations
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
