This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting dynamic, personalized reading sessions utilizing our AI-driven adaptive platform
- Crafting innovative literacy interventions optimized for our focused 2-hour framework
- Collaborating with our tech team to refine AI tools, ensuring they complement your expertise
- Utilizing real-time data analytics to continually enhance each student's learning journey
- Developing scalable literacy content tailored to individual student needs
- Spending time on conventional lesson planning and administrative tasks
- Adhering to outdated reading programs that overlook technological advancements
- Dealing with overcrowded classrooms and resource limitations
- Managing behavioral issues instead of focusing on teaching
- Getting bogged down in bureaucratic paperwork that doesn't impact student outcomes
Design and implement an AI-enhanced reading program that fosters exceptional literacy progress within our innovative 2-Hour Learning framework while nurturing a genuine love of reading.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field
- OR any bachelor's degree combined with recognized reading instruction certifications (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or equivalent)
- Early elementary teaching experience with a proven record of literacy instruction success
- Passion for educational technology and a willingness to embrace AI-driven tools
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
