This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and implement sophisticated HubSpot automation workflows that turn leads into enrolled students across our family of schools
- Empower our school teams with expert HubSpot training, ensuring they maximize our marketing technology investment
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven A/B testing and performance optimization
- Create powerful custom dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholder decision-making
- Content creation for blogs or articles
- Managing social media communities or engagement
- Developing SEO strategies or managing PPC campaigns
- Event management (beyond technical support)
- Lead the transformation of our marketing operations ecosystem to create a seamless, efficient pipeline from prospect to enrolled student across all our educational brands
- 5 years of proven experience navigating the complexities of marketing operations or digital marketing, with emphasis on CRM management
- Advanced-level HubSpot expertise, particularly in workflow design and automation implementation
- Mastery of HubSpot's reporting and A/B testing capabilities
- Current HubSpot certifications
- Track record of translating marketing data into performance-boosting strategies
- U.S. or Canada-based, with ability to spend one week monthly in Austin, TX
