What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead engaging, AI-enhanced reading sessions that maximize impact within our focused 2-hour model
• Design innovative literacy interventions that leverage real-time data analytics
• Collaborate with our tech team to refine AI tools, ensuring they amplify your expertise
• Create adaptive, scalable literacy content that responds to individual student needs
• Continuously optimize each student's learning journey using advanced analytics

• Wasting time on conventional lesson planning and administrative busywork
• Following rigid, outdated reading programs that ignore technological advances
• Struggling with overcrowded classrooms and insufficient resources

Reading Specialist Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an AI-enhanced reading program that enables students to achieve remarkable literacy progress within our innovative 2-Hour Learning model while fostering a genuine love of reading.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field; OR any bachelor's degree with recognized reading instruction certifications
• Proven success in early elementary literacy instruction
• Enthusiasm for educational technology and readiness to embrace AI-driven tools
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to work on-site at our Austin, TX campus

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
