This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrate precision-targeted reading sessions using our proprietary AI-driven adaptive platform to maximize student literacy development
- Design high-impact literacy interventions specifically calibrated for our concentrated 2-hour instructional model
- Partner with our engineering team to enhance AI tools that complement and amplify your pedagogical expertise
- Leverage real-time analytics to make data-informed decisions that continuously optimize each student's learning trajectory
- Develop scalable, adaptive literacy content that responds dynamically to individual student needs and progress
- Creating conventional lesson plans or managing administrative paperwork that diverts focus from student outcomes
- Implementing outdated reading methodologies that ignore technological advancement and learning science
- Managing overcrowded classrooms that dilute your instructional impact and limit student progress
- Spending valuable instructional time addressing behavioral issues instead of advancing literacy skills
- Navigating bureaucratic requirements that don't measurably improve student reading achievement

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Literacy, or related field
- OR any bachelor's degree combined with recognized reading instruction certifications (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in early elementary literacy instruction with measurable student outcomes
- Proven commitment to educational technology integration and readiness to master AI-driven instructional tools
- Established ability to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences that accelerate student progress
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
