What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and nurture a robust $10M pipeline by identifying high-potential districts and engaging key decision-makers
- Craft and deliver bespoke proposals that secure six and seven-figure contracts, navigating complex procurement processes with finesse
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to unearth district pain points and goals, then design tailored solutions that deliver quantifiable outcomes
- Spearhead all facets of intricate sales cycles, from initial prospecting to final signatures, with full autonomy over your territory strategy
- Harness your existing connections within the public school ecosystem to accelerate adoption and drive success
- Following a cookie-cutter playbook – you'll have the freedom to craft your unique territory strategy

Basic Requirements
- Proven track record of 3 years orchestrating complex K-12 sales cycles and closing six or seven-figure deals
- Extensive network of district decision-maker relationships in your assigned territory
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs and RFIs
- History of maintaining a thriving $10M sales pipeline and consistently surpassing revenue targets
- Exceptional ability to operate independently and drive the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Mastery of CRM tools and modern sales technology stack
- Residence within or maximum 2-hour commute from your territory (TX, IL, CA, FL, or NY)
- Willingness to travel extensively within your region (up to 80% of the time)
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
