Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Leading engaging virtual workshops centered on life skills such as public speaking, concentration, and effective feedback exchange
- Fostering individual and group connections with students to ignite their passion for learning
- Utilizing data-driven insights to monitor progress and deliver personalized motivation
- Crafting a vibrant virtual atmosphere where students are inspired to excel
- Assisting students in setting and accomplishing ambitious academic objectives
- Instructing academic subjects, as our AI tutors cover that
- Developing lesson plans or grading student work
- Handling conventional classroom discipline
- Delivering lectures from a virtual podium
- Adhering to traditional educational practices

Basic Requirements
- Residence in Arizona is mandatory (remote role with AZ residency requirement)
- Proven experience in coaching or motivating youth (e.g., athletic coach, camp counselor, mentor)
- Demonstrated history of high achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
- Outstanding virtual communication abilities
- Fluency in Spanish OR possession of a valid Arizona teaching certification
- Availability to commence between March and June 2025
