What You Will Be Doing

• Spearhead transformative virtual workshops on critical life skills: public speaking, laser focus, and constructive feedback

• Architect an electrifying virtual environment where students feel unstoppable

Youth Program Director Key Responsibilities

Catalyze a learning revolution by empowering students to consistently achieve double-speed learning, while cultivating indispensable life skills and maintaining an unwavering passion for knowledge in a cutting-edge virtual environment.

Basic Requirements

• Arizona residency (remote position exclusive to AZ residents)
• Proven track record in youth coaching and motivation (e.g., elite athletic coach, transformative camp counselor, impactful mentor)
• Demonstrable history of exceptional achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Masterful virtual communication skills that captivate and inspire
• Fluency in Spanish OR valid Arizona teaching certification
• Prepared to commence this groundbreaking role between March - June 2025

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
