Production Operator - Night Shift

Employment Type: Full Time Direct Hire or Temp to Hire

Work Schedule: Night Shift – 5:45 PM-6:00 AM

· With a weekly alternating schedule of 3-to-4-day work schedules. (Must be able to work every other weekend F/S/S)

· Overtime Opportunities as business requires

· Must be able to work summer holidays if scheduled

Starting Salary: $20-$25.00 an hour DOE

Operators Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Safe operation of assigned production machines including:

· Fillers, Packers, Labelers, Gallon Blow Mold, Palletizers, HMI screens, robots, and related machinery.

· Produce product to exceed customer specifications following company quality standards.

· Perform all required quality inspections and documentation.

· Production documentation and recordkeeping each shift.

· Housekeeping and Sanitation duties per required schedules and SOP's.

· Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

· Support the team by sharing knowledge, training others, communicating ideas or issues that promote success within the team.

· Willingness to cross train on any line and/or any machine as needed

· Any other tasks or duties as assigned.

Successful candidates must:

· Be able to lift up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis.

· Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat, crouch, climb, push, pull, reach and twist throughout the shift without restriction.

· Be able to have regular and punctual attendance.

· Have a High School Diploma/equivalent or higher education.

· Preferably have work experience within the Beverage or Food manufacturing industry

· Ability to communicate in English (speak, read, write) in order to complete required documentation.

· Minimum of two years of Manufacturing experience

· Possess a valid driver’s license
