Crossroads Center for Children, located at 395 Becker Drive in Schenectady, NY (on the edge of Schenectady, Rotterdam, and Duanesburg), is looking for a Split-Shift Daycare Teacher to join our team.
Our daycare program follows a theme-based curriculum that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth. Children at Crossroads build lasting friendships and learn valuable life skills—everything from problem-solving to empathy and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive space for students and families.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and staff.
- Help maintain records, such as signing students out at the end of the day.
- Ensure a safe, structured, and stimulating childcare environment.
- Adhere to all daycare regulations and standards to keep kids safe and happy.
- Have fun engaging with students.

Pay: $15.75 - $17.75 per hour
