General Description
The Spanish Ministry Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Spanish Ministry administratively and coordinating all ministry events and gatherings for the Spanish Ministry.
Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate communication within the Spanish department and with other staff departments
- Manage correspondence between the Spanish congregation and the Spanish Pastor as needed to ensure a prompt and smooth flow of communication.??
- Manage the calendar and contacts of the Spanish Pastor in Outlook?
- Assist the Spanish Pastor before, after, & during Sunday services and special events for various needs that arise.
- Coordinate all scheduling of Spanish Ministry volunteers for services and events??
- Manage connections processes for the Spanish congregation that aligns with our main services processes?
- Manage Spanish Ministry budget and process all purchase orders, check requests, and credit card reconciliations?
- Provide monthly attendance and giving trend reports to the Spanish Pastor for service planning and events
- Coordinate all arrangements for guest speakers??
- Project Manage all Spanish Ministry events and initiatives
- Communicate with and collaborate with the service planning staff for the main worship service to ensure alignment??
- Enter and manage all Spanish Ministry data in CCB??
- Translate appropriate Crossroads collateral to Spanish??
- Attend all events and meetings that involve Spanish Ministry?
- Maintain accurate assimilation data of congregation, using info collected from First Time Visitor forms, Decision forms, Baptism forms, and any other methods of collecting congregational information.
- Manage the Spanish Ministry YouTube, FB, and IG Social Media accounts?

Education and Experience
This position requires a minimum of 2 year's experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in a ministry context. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
