Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We also have an online presence that serves thousands of people who aren’t located near one of our physical sites.

JOB SUMMARY
This is a full-time role on Crossroads staff working on the Experience Team. The ET Creative Producer serves the ET team by supporting the Executive Creative Producer in maintaining the scope, budget, people, schedules, and materials of ET projects. The ET Creative Producer partners with ET Creative Directors and oversees projects as they move through ideation to completion.
The ET Creative Producer reports to Executive Creative Producer.
JOB SPECIFIC PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees ET creative projects that require large amounts of resources across the entire ET team (Weekend Series, Journey, Super Bowl, Easter, Real Encounters, etc.) from conception to completion.
- Connects creative teams to ensure the project is being clearly translated.
- Contributes to and upholds the creative director’s vision for all projects.
- Creates and manages project budgets, schedules and allocates required resources.
May be responsible for hiring contractors when solving a priority and/or capacity issues
(i.e. video talent, stage performers, technical contractors, etc.)
- Ties together all strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create
and lead their teams.
- Owns the schedule of the project and coordinates the work for all teams involved.
- Supervises the progress of the project from production to post-production and holds
regular meetings to keep the project progressing.
- Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Forecasts budget for new or repeating projects based on the strategic documentation
of prior or existing projects
- Translates creative vision into actionable items to be executed by Project Producers.
JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in a relatable field or 4-6 years of relevant experience
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience as a producer in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Expert knowledge of Google Apps – Gmail, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations
- Client and Project Management experience
- Experience working in a creative environment - i.e. video production, stage/lighting,
graphic design, theatre
- An interest in improving technical skills and work processes
- Broad experience of the production process preferred
- The ability to lead the execution of the logistics of a creative concept from
pre-production into post-production
- The ability to act decisively under pressure
- Good planning and organizational skills, excellent people skills

Physical Requirements
- Performs effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints
- Must be able to walk up to 5 miles
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
Scheduling/Travel Requirements
- Basic 9-5 M-F work schedule with the occasional exception for video shoots and all-hands on deck weekends (Easter, Super Bowl of Preaching, Christmas Eve, etc)
- Reliable transportation
- Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally
