JOB SUMMARY
The Crossroads Security Team Administrative Project Manager is responsible for the execution of tasks that enable the ministry teams to function. Although specific activities may vary, the Project Manager can expect their work on the Safety & Security team to support the Security Director in the planning and execution of weekly work and projects, data management, incident triage, and vendor management. This includes directing workflow for the Volunteer Safety Teams at all sites and managing the influx of weekly safety and security reports from sites.

JOB SUMMARY
The Crossroads Security Team Administrative Project Manager is responsible for the execution of tasks that enable the ministry teams to function. JOB SPECIFIC PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Director of Security and Security Operations Manager by assisting in scheduling, buffering, and prioritizing and organizing daily.
- Help to manage the recruiting and interviewing of potential volunteers on the Volunteer Safety Teams and coordinating shadows and walk throughs at sites.
- Manage the day to day Safety & Security calls and requests for support from all sites with event management and savvy.
- Owns the triage process for the incident management system, providing support to all sites to bring resolution to the issue.
- Owns and maintains the Emergency Communication System for the church ensuring frequent "communication drills" are executed.
- Processing invoices and ensuring expenses are coded to the correct department.

Skill Requirements
- A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects at one time. The applicant will not be phased by competing priorities and is able to finish projects to completion.
- The ideal teammate will have wicked good communication skills (written and orally) and will have a keen eye for the details.
