Director of Kid's Ministry

Crossroads Fellowship (crossroads-fellowship.church), a new church in Keizer, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Kids Ministry Director. At Crossroads, our mission is to passionately follow Jesus and help others find and follow Him. We are committed to investing in kids and their families and guiding them on their journey to find and follow Jesus.

Crossroads Fellowship has experienced remarkable growth in just six months, with over 180 children, teens, and adults gathering each Sunday across two services. Our unique setting in a bowling alley has allowed us to reach those who may feel uncomfortable in a traditional church building. We are witnessing God's work in and through our church family, and there is a spirit of excitement and anticipation.

Our Kids Ministry Director will report to the Lead Pastor and focus on:

· Developing our philosophy of ministry to kids and their families,

· Building a team of adults who will invest in the lives of kids,

· Creating an engaging, fun, and safe environment for our kids,

· Coordinating our Sunday morning kids environment,

· Planning and leading activities for kids and their families,

· Helping guests and new families connect to our church family.

Keizer is a great place to live. We are connected to the capital of Oregon, Salem. Keizer has a population of 40,000, and the Salem metro area has 350,000 people. We are an hour from the beach, the mountains, and Portland.
