Crossroads, the leader in gender-responsive addiction and behavioral health treatment, is seeking an experienced leader to join our Childrens and Mothers Program, in Windham Maine. This primary residential substance use rehabilitation program is the only program of this model in the State of Maine, accepting mothers at all stages of pregnancy and enabling moms to enter treatment with their children when needed. Core Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the therapeutic milieu in accordance with established schedules and guidelines
- Providing a strong conduit among all levels of the organizations supporting fiscal, administrative, and clinical needs
- Provides leadership and oversight of the program and staff
- Facilitates and supports communications with external referral sources for clients admitting into residential programs to build collaboration and trust for continuity of care
- Facilitates treatment team meetings providing input regarding assessment, service planning and recommendations for aftercare
- Ensures program operates in a manner consistent with agency policies and procedures, state regulatory and contractual requirements, grant parameters and data collection/reporting requirements
- Reviews and analyzes program data and develops process improvement and quality assurance initiatives
- Manages and adheres to fiscal budgetary parameters
- Participates in agency, program, and external meetings and functions
- Represents and communicates Crossroads philosophy and mission both internally and externally
- Leads residential program team meetings and provides support, feedback, leadership and direction to the program staff
- Works with Director of Compliance to ensure compliance with licensing standards
- Responsible for the oversight of the physical facility and vehicles
- Provides crisis management assistance
- Accomplishes goals and milestones as determined by the organization strategic plan
- Develops and maintains positive internal and external relationships
- Supports and models the values and commitments of the organization
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned and relevant to the support of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in a progressive leadership, supervisory role
- Relevant and specific experience within the field and/ or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Expertise working with co-occurring disorders
- Ability to navigate MS Office; Electronic Health Records
- Outstanding leadership and organizational and follow through skills
- High degree of accountability and integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong forecasting and problem-solving ability

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM, rotational on-call requirement
