Seeking a Project Manager to work collaboratively with the Project Superintendent to ensure that scheduling is in place, being followed and being updated with a level of detail sufficient for a meaningful baseline.

Responsibilities:
Establishing and building relationships with clients/owners, owner’s reps, architects and subcontractors, resulting in repeat business and recommendations.
Managing client expectations.
Project bidding and buyout, start up, job-site management and efficient closeout.
Managing subcontractor procurement, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
Minimizing risk.
Executing regular reporting on impacts to the baseline schedule.
Working collaboratively and proactively with the project superintendent: ensuring project safety.
Delegating appropriately and developing and teaching others to be effective.
Project documentation.
Managing the project’s gross margin and profitability.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
5 years of commercial construction industry experience
2 years of experience in project management
Experience overseeing contracts of $10M or more
Experience managing project teams of 1-10 members
Technical knowledge of building components and systems
Knowledge of A102 and A201 contracts, subcontracts, change orders, submittals and RFI's
Proficient in Bluebeam, BIM, Suretrak and Procore
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology or similar
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
