Essential Job Functions:

Develop, plan, and implement lesson plans and interactive assignments that align with the Core curriculum, as well as the school’s mission, goals, and values

Guide and support students in using learning materials and technology effectively

Foster students' creative and analytical thinking to enhance their learning experience

Possess a strong command of subject matter knowledge and effective pedagogical methods

Work collaboratively with the Core teaching team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently

Create a stimulating, organized, and inclusive learning environment that supports a diverse range of learning styles

Continuously develop, adapt, and update the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students

Use a variety of assessment styles to evaluate student progress and engagement

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) required; Master’s degree (MA) preferred

Experience: 3–5 years of Middle School teaching experience preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance student learning
Salary : $75,000 - $127,000
