Crossroads Continuum is looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our programs and a vital link between new families and our school community.
As the Admissions Coordinator, you’ll guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, lead school tours, manage intake communications, and collaborate with our educational and clinical teams. You’ll also help showcase the impact of Crossroads through strategic marketing and community engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for families, districts, and advocates exploring our school and programs
Coordinate student admissions from initial inquiry to enrollment
Collaborate across teams to ensure the best fit and seamless transitions
Represent Crossroads at education forums, conferences, and community events
Support marketing efforts and promote awareness of our mission and services
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required
2 years of experience in admissions, recruiting, marketing, or communications
A warm, professional communicator with strong organizational skills
Someone who’s flexible, reliable, and excited to make a positive impact
Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts as needed
