Crossroads Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Non-Clinical Case Manager to support the Wyoming Army National Guard in Cheyenne. The support will involve the preparation and management of medical and dental records for service members deploying. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with clerical or medical office experience who excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist Case Managers with the monthly Physical Health Assessments (PHA) preparation.
- Organize, scan, and file medical and dental records as required.
- Ensure records are accurately prepared before the monthly PHA.
- Properly file medical and dental records after the completion of the PHA.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in an office and/or medical environment.
- Familiarity with medical records management, clerical duties, and HIPAA regulations preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be professional and reliable at all times.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Hiring Bonus: Available for candidates with current HIPAA Certification.
Work Schedule & Commitment:
- Approximately 40 hours per month.
- Mandatory one (1) weekend per month to assist with the PHA process.
