Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Santa Barbara, CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
