💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Lead mechanical building system startups & commissioning activities.
🔹 Review and provide expertise on product submittals, shop drawings, design plans & RFIs.
🔹 Ensure top-tier safety compliance with OSHA & industry standards (Lock-Out, Arc Flash, Electrical Safe Work Practices, etc.). 🦺⚙️
🔹 Apply knowledge of building codes & professional standards (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASME, ASHRAE & more). 📜✅
🔹 Work with contractors & vendors for equipment testing, installation, commissioning & handover. 🏭🤝
🔹 Manage weekend & plant shutdown work with teams across multiple departments.
🔹 Conduct regular worksite inspections to ensure quality, compliance & smooth operations. 🏗️🔍
🔹 Oversee mechanical contractors, ensuring projects hit key milestones & deadlines.

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2 years in construction management.
✔️ Experience in mechanical system design criteria development.
✔️ 5 years in mechanical design (preferably in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing facilities). 🚗🔧
✔️ Strong organizational, communication & scheduling skills.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Project.
