β Bachelorβs in Mechanical Engineering
β 5 years of experience
β Mechanical Building System Startups & Commissioning
β Construction Coordination & Contractor Management
β Knowledge of OSHA & Industry Safety Standards
β Strong Communication & Project Management Skills
π§ Key Responsibilities
πΉ Facilitate mechanical system startups & commissioning
πΉ Review & Approve shop drawings, engineering specs & RFIs
πΉ Ensure Safety Compliance (OSHA, Lock-Out, Arc Flash, etc.)
πΉ Coordinate vendor equipment testing, delivery & installation
πΉ Oversee Construction Activities and conduct inspections
πΉ Manage RFIs & CCRs for seamless project execution
πΉ Support shutdowns, scheduling, & utility outage planning
πΉ Act as Liaison between contractors, facilities & project teams
π¦Ί PPE Required: Steel Toe Boots (plus Hard Hat, Safety Glasses & Vestβprovided!)
