🏗️ On-Site from Day 1
⏳ Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)
💰 Competitive Pay!
⏱️ Overtime Available! (Up to 60 hrs/week, including weekends/shutdowns)
✈️ Travel: Up to 50% (Domestic)
🔥 Must-Have Skills
✅ Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
✅ 5 years of experience
✅ Mechanical Building System Startups & Commissioning
✅ Construction Coordination & Contractor Management
✅ Knowledge of OSHA & Industry Safety Standards
✅ Strong Communication & Project Management Skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Facilitate mechanical system startups & commissioning
🔹 Review & Approve shop drawings, engineering specs & RFIs
🔹 Ensure Safety Compliance (OSHA, Lock-Out, Arc Flash, etc.)
🔹 Coordinate vendor equipment testing, delivery & installation
🔹 Oversee Construction Activities and conduct inspections
🔹 Manage RFIs & CCRs for seamless project execution
🔹 Support shutdowns, scheduling, & utility outage planning
🔹 Act as Liaison between contractors, facilities & project teams
🦺 PPE Required: Steel Toe Boots (plus Hard Hat, Safety Glasses & Vest—provided!)
