What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage projects for new construction and renovations across North America
- Direct and collaborate with top-tier design firms to ensure compliance with codes and internal standards
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, cost estimates, and schedules
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project planning and execution
- Engage in domestic and international travel (Japan, Mexico, Canada, and more) to support key projects
- Be adaptable – occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet project demands
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an architectural role, with strong interior project experience
- Professional Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (NCARB certification preferred) – Only licensed candidates will be considered
- Proven expertise in architectural design, planning, and construction delivery methods
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design range, planning skills, and technical contributions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Experience with industry tools: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project, AutoDesk, Adobe products
- Ability to travel up to 15% internationally for site visits, collaboration, and project oversight
