Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic finance leader who has worked in the healthcare service industry preferably in clinical engineering. Working as a finance manager in vendor contracts you will be responsible for ensuring that revenue and expense are captured accurately and timely. This individual will have familiarity with vendor service agreements and serve as the primary liaison for operations, supply chain and corporate accounting for the Compass Healthcare Technology Management business. This position will report to the sector’s VP of Finance.
This position will be hybrid position and the Finance Manager can go into either office - Charlotte, NC or Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and corporate accounting to ensure that all vendor service contracts are recorded accurately.
- Review client contracts and amendments to ensure we are capturing revenue appropriately.
- Resolves payment issues with vendors and ensure credits are received.
- Determines if processing fees should be charged for client mandated vendor service contracts.
- Performs random audits on select client accounts to test that revenue and expense is accurate.
- Maintains OEM service pricing database for competitive benchmarking.
- Business partner with VP of Supply Chain for Ad Hoc analysis.
- Work with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Research accounting issues, and book correcting entries where necessary.
- Review client contract financial language and ensure that systems and processes are in place for special accounting transactions.
- Tracks and maintains monthly P/L and balance sheet activity for contracts.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of five years’ experience working with vendor service agreements
- Accounting experience within a hospital environment a plus
- Extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced capability in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP & Spreadsheet Server
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems a plus
