We are looking for a qualified administrative assistant in the Kingston Springs area for our family business. The job will involve invoicing truck sales, performing title work for all purchases and maintaining accurate and organized files for all sales.. It will also entail answering the phone and greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. The job requires a wide variety of different kinds of tasks and will never be boring!
Candidates need to be able to use computers and understand the basics of our inventory system. Specific knowledge about the job and additional training will be provided as needed.
