Program Overview
Our paid internship program is all about making the industry more diverse and giving real opportunities to people from underrepresented backgrounds. Whether you're a person of color, LGBTQIA , neurodivergent, have a disability or mental health condition, come from a working-class background, or don't fit into traditional labels-we want to help you break into the field. You'll learn from Croud's experts, gain hands-on experience, and work on exciting projects that make an impact.
For 12 weeks from mid-May to mid-August, you'll spend 3 days (up to 25 hours) per week gaining valuable, hands-on experience in our Atlanta office, in collaboration with teams in New York and the UK.
Now what do you get out of it?
You'll have an opportunity for global mentorship and exposure to a wide variety of departments and clients. You will build industry expertise and a professional network that will set you up for success.
You should have examples of success in the following areas, whether in a work environment, a classroom or team setting, or just your personal life.
