The LPN provides clinical support to the nursing team and other providers in the Opioid Treatment Program. This role performs direct patient care and assists in the administration of daily medications.

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State without restrictions. Minimum of two (2) years experience as an LPN in an Outpatient or Inpatient clinical setting.Proficient with computers.  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.  Excellent communication skills.   

 

 

Pay Range: $18 - $34.66/hour based on verified education and experience
