Crow’s 98,000 square foot manufacturing facility operates 2 shifts; and its capacity includes 6 hammers, 12 hydraulic presses, and a screw press. Crow is NADCAP certified to perform Heat Treat and Non-Destructive Testing. Crow is ISO 9001 and AS 9100D certified.
Job Description:
This position is responsible for drawing up master production schedule(s) to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion dates according to customer contract(s). This position reports to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Maintain the master production schedule in an ERP system.
Develop & maintain resource group capacity.
Maintain job schedules through consistent reviews of backlog
- Utilize updated PO promise dates to update job starts date
- Confirm job delivery dates vs. job demand dates
- Launch Jobs into production, monitor and maintain job status
Communicate updated production schedule via daily meetings, emails, and reports.
Collaborate with the following departments:
- Sales to confirm sales orders, delivery schedules, and updates.
- Purchasing to ensure appropriate and timely raw material purchases.
- Engineering to ensure scheduling of die tooling and die refurbishment.
- Quality Assurance to ensure scheduling of subcontracted processes.
- This requires an understanding of the time required to complete various levels of quality testing & certification.
- Maintenance regarding equipment and facilities maintenance schedules.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a United States person
High school diploma or GED certificate is required.
- A college degree or trade certifications are desired but not required.
Solid experience with Microsoft applications, and large MRP / ERP experience.
1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations is required.
- Forging and forging tooling & design is desired but not required.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is strongly preferred but not required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working with management and making presentations will be required.
Self-motivated and ability to work well with others.
Available to work weekends and overtime as may be required .

Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling weights up to 25 pounds for short periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
