About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations. You’ll lead a talented team, ensure exceptional service, and uphold our commitment to quality, innovation, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership : Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet business goals.
- Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, brewery activities, staffing, and financial performance.
- Guest Experience : Maintain and enhance the high standards of service and hospitality that define the experience.
- Community Engagement : Represent the brand and build relationships within the local and tourist communities.
- Innovation : Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas, events, and strategies to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.
