About the Role
As General Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations. Youll lead a talented team, ensure exceptional service, and uphold our commitment to quality, innovation, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet business goals.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, brewery activities, staffing, and financial performance.
- Guest Experience: Maintain and enhance the high standards of service and hospitality that define the experience.
- Community Engagement: Represent the brand and build relationships within the local and tourist communities.
- Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas, events, and strategies to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in restaurant, brewery, or hospitality management, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A passion for craft beer, great food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Ability to thrive in a seasonal and dynamic environment, adapting to the unique challenges of Alaskas hospitality industry.
- Experience with Toast, SpontOn Teamworks, and ADP is a plus!
- You understand prime cost, budgets and financials
